UPDATE: Because ~Quna is so super-nice she assured me it was still OK to enter this into the contest she'd held over at ~AprilRyan-club even though I didn't finish it in time

and just now I found out I won!!!

Yahoooo !! I'm so happy!!! I was worried, cuz I didn't think it really looked like April as much as it could have and it was a new technique and it was late and..agahhhhh still happy! Is there a happydance icon??? There should be!

It's April Ryan from the game The Longest Journey / Dreamfall. I didn't use a reference for the most part (should have -_-') until I started drawing her outfit. Oh wells.

In the background on one side is the futuristic world of Stark, on the otherside is the dream world she first encounters at the beginning of the first game. Her turning away from Stark is uhh... kinda symbolic? XD

Tried out some of Nathie's cool new skin texture-y brushes [link] as well as I think, can't remember now

And also shamelessly cheated with the city by using a brush (what can I say? I ran out of time and 'oomph')
